Since 2012, we have provided outreach, resources, and support for women in the adult entertainment and sex industries. We were the first organization in this movement in Indianapolis.

Our Mission

Loving unconditionally by encouraging, empowering, and equipping women in the adult entertainment industry.

What does this mean? It means we are here to provide life transforming friendship. We’re here to walk with women, and help them reach their dreams. We’re here to be a safe place that provides radical, judgement free, love and belonging, with tangible resources. We encourage women during a difficult work day through outreach at local strip clubs. We empower by providing tools to remove barriers, and emergency assistance. We equip women through leadership development. Take a look at our services!

I love you like blood. I feel safe and loved for the first time in my life.

Outreach

On the third Thursday of every month, teams of volunteers go to local strip clubs to deliver gifts to every employee. Inside each gift is a contact card for additional support. This is where relationship begins. Approximately 137 dancers are reached each month.

If I didn’t have the Unconditional number to call years ago, I wouldn’t be alive today.

Compass

Compass is our case management and resource navigation program for women who have at any point worked in the adult entertainment or sex industries. Compass is survivor-led and centered, as well as trauma informed. Resources we help navigate include: housing, emergency assistance, career development, children’s programs, mental health, legal aid, and more.

Mom squad

Volunteers are matched with women in this program to help in their home with cleaning, organizing, child development, and cooking. The heart of this program is to fill in the gap for women at Unconditional who may not have family support.
